Pros: The hotel is clean and comfortable. I love that the decor is different on each floor. Fun!

Cons: There wasn't enough staff on the front desk at times. Also there wasn't any hand lotion or makeup remover pads.

Great Central Place to Stay!

Pros: We stayed because our granddaughter was playing ice hockey at the Edmonton Mall. It was the perfect place to stay as everything is so reachable. Very clean, highly organised hotel!

In general, we were vey pleased with our 2 day stay.

Pros: Proximity to restaurants, shopping and mall events.

Cons: Using a third party booking service ( cheaper!) required me to put up a $500 damage deposit which took almost an hour to retrieve at checkout even though I paid it to the hotel and not to the booking agent as they told me.

Amazing

Pros: Our trip was amazing, the hotel was perfect, the staff was amazing. We had a great time

Cons: The heat - the heating in the room was a bit cold and we werent too sure how tocuse the thermometer but we made it work - also there should be a breakfast. Js.
