Pros: The saunas, hot tub and both spring pools were amazing

Cons: We went on a hike and tried to follow markers for the 0.5km hike but ended up in the golf course. Followed more signs and a pathway that led to hole 17, where we had to pull up Google Maps to find out where we were and how to get back to the resort.

Great place to stay

Pros: lifeguards Alissa and Callum were excellent with my child. Was disappointed that we had no access to the pool on Sunday as you were over capacity and didnt have enough lifeguards. Staff was kind and friendly .

Cons: My room was not serviced even when I asked for it which was slightly frustrating.

Pros: Great hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The warm pool on the property was a special highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Cons: In the kitchen area, near the coffee machine, only one outlet was working, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pros: This place has always been our favorite to stay whenever we visit Fairmont. Staff were friendly, and the place had almost everything we needed, whether it's dining or activities to do. We specifically go here when we think of hotspring and relaxation

Cons: The only issue I had from this trip was that the tub in the bathroom was not draining, and one of the light bulbs from the side table burnt out Overall, a good stay.

It was relaxing the dinner was great in the restaurant

Pros: The private pool was a godsend 😊. After seeing the public pool.

Cons: Beds were sloped towards the head board and one leg fell off when we sat down. The bathroom could be slightly improved. Tub was losing the enamel

Pros: Pools were amazing and well maintained other than the indoor steamroom and sauna downstairs

Cons: The robes weren't all nice and fluffy, only one was. The walk to the pools weren't covered, also no reservations could be made for dinner

Last minute weekend away. Happy we went and would like to return next spring

Pros: Stayed in the main lodge; a little dated, but was clean and presentable. Staff were continually a presence keeping the corridors clean by vacuuming.

Cons: Pools need a bit of TLC though. Absolutely working fine, but need some maintenance work. Probably dealt with on the next shutdown, to be fair.
