Comfortable, clean and affordable with superb staff

Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, well maintained pool area, no street noise.

Brilliant stay got to see my granddaughter

Pros: We were able to park our semi truck, the pool and slide were great breakfast was great and staff awesome

Pleasant stay except for the hockey

Pros: The young lady who worked that night, Dec.5, was very pleasant when we checked in. I saw her getting things ready in the cafeteria for the next day. She made sure that the guests were happy. There was a group of hockey teams, young teenagers, that decided at 10pm it was OK to play hockey in the halls, run back & forth from their rooms & talk loud. I went out to confront them & the young lady was there too. She was trying to keep things under control by letting them know they had to be in their rooms. No coaches or shaperones were to be found watching these boys. I've seen this before. The adults of the hockey teams need to be responsible for the players, no matter what the age. There should be a policy that caught once disturbing the other guests. They are to leave. I'll be making sure next time to ask if there's hockey teams booked. If so, I'll go somewhere else. I hope you give praise to the young lady. She deserves a pat on the back.

Pros: The staff are great. The complimentary breakfast is great.

Cons: I would like to see family’s booked on the ground floor, children tend to run and jump, to let off steam. I know this is not possible all the time, just a thought.

An Excellent Stay at a Lovely Property

Pros: The room was absolutely lovely! Having the small table and chairs within the room was an absolute dream. I've never had that in a hotel room before, but it made for the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning, to cram some late night grub, and to play boardgames with my partner. The minimal waste toiletry bottles in the bathroom were great as well. I particularly appreciated that the consumables provided did not contain dyes as I am allergic. The breakfast was exceptionally well curated and contained several lactose and/or gluten free items, and the pool - though it was delightfully aged - was immaculately kept with one of the fastest, most fun waterslides I have been on in years.

Cons: It took about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the check-in desk on our first night there. To be fair, we were checking in fairly late, but I could not find any means of alerting a staff member to our presence. Our room was on the second floor and my partner and I never were able to find an elevator in the building. While this isn't usually an issue, I injured my knee over the course of our stay (unrelated) and the stairs quickly became inconvenient.

Pros: Our family vacation at Ramada Cranbrook was unforgettable! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making sure our kids had a great time. The kids' club was fantastic, and they couldn't wait to go every day. The pool area was perfect, and we enjoyed every minute of relaxation. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel is located in the perfect spot for easy access to all the main attractions. Highly recommend for families!
