Great value accommodation. Well located

Pros: It’s great value studio. Spacious enough for two. Really was access to ski lifts. Great restaurant and bar (Buckhorn and Main, right in the complex. We visited twice and our waitress Aeron was brilliant and gave us lots of useful advice and tips Pool and hot tub easily accessible.

Cons: Studio lacked kitchen equipment. We would have found a casserole dish with lid useful. The net curtains definitely need replacing

Excellent place for a get together.

Pros: The double suite is perfect for two couples travelling together. Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. We really appreciated the separate bathrooms and the living area/kitchenette.

Cons: There were so disruptive guests who were yelling at all hours of the night and hotel staff did not seem to do anything about it. Pool closes too early.

Always a great place to stay.

Pros: Room was really nice as always as were all the facilities. Love the underground parking especially.

Cons: The second hot tub was not open and another person who goes often said it has been closed many times. The pool hours could be a little earlier. Also would have liked to had a room viewing the ski hill but did not ask however, it seemed very quiet and this could have just been done we feel as a surprise to us?

An Excellent Stay

Pros: Very kind staff from the time of booking all questions were answered in a timely manner. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots etc. Only less than 5 minutes to town too which is great!

Cons: The hide-a-bed was awful, you could feel every spring in the mattress. The restaurant wasn't open again second year in a row. I would suggest opening it mid November rather than December 15th? We had approximately 40 of us there for a family event and they would have made great revenue from all of us!

I would love to stay here again and explore the grounds, too.

Pros: The room was so comfortable. I loved the bed and pillows, it was quiet and dark, the room was soaps, and the kitchen was very handy. I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The seating area in the lobby is so beautiful, I wish I had more time here to enjoy it all.

Cons: It was a bit hot, especially in the fitness room.
