Cons: No water and coffee in Room. This is basic requirement, when you wake up.

Spotless, comfortable stay in the best location

Pros: There is a very reasonably priced restaurant attached to the hotel that serves an excellent breakfast and lunch and opens at 6am.

Cons: The hotel is in the midst of renovations so the lobby is a little rough around the edges. But the hotel provides lots of signage and information for guests and functions without missing a beat. The work on the renovations starts around 8am but is contained within a separate wing so it has virtually no impact on the occupied portion of the hotel.

The Barclay was great for the location and nice staff, would recommend to a friend.

Pros: Location is excellent, if your wanting to be near shopping and stanley park, the Barclay is an amazing place to stay. The cost was also very well suited since most hotels in the area overcharge this time of the year. Cora being below is also a nice touch for breakfast.

Cons: Cleanliness of the room, the bedsheets had a few black spots on the base of the bed likely stained. Also the TV was super old and wasn't the greatest quality of picture.

Pros: Nice location very close to Stanley park and vancouver downtown area which we were mostly there for. Rooms were spacious had separate rooms for the 2 twin beds. Small couch and small desk area. Mini fridge included. Halls were beautiful made of marble looking material. A little vintage vibes in the halls which were fun and the rooms felt up to modern standards
