Pros: Beds were comfortable. Staff was overall friendly and helpful.
Cons: Pillows were light and fairly thin, not a big thing, but I kept adjusting them during the night.

Wonderful
Pros: The library had amazing food and entertainment, nice touch.
Cons: Wish you offered Kootenay coffee in the room and real raw sugar instead of the aspartame substitute.

Excellent stay in a family run hotel. That personal touch is priceless.
Pros: What I really liked about the Hume Hotel & Spa was its personal service. I understand that it has been owned by the same family for more than 40 years, and, yes, you can see it, rather, feel it. Some of the staff have been working there for more than 20 years. Now, is there a better indicator that a happy place for staff isn't also a happy place for guests?
Cons: Hard to say, really. We only stayed one night, but I could have easily spent another couple of nights.

Pleasant and confortable stay
Pros: They have everything you need in it. It’s super clean, spacious rooms, confortable beds, super central location. Friendly staff. They have a beer garden with amazing food along with their indoor restaurant. It’s very charming :)
Cons: You could heard the pub from the 3rd floor at night, but it was manageable :)

Recommend the property. Location is excellent and the property is very old and authentic. Beautiful.
Pros: Great breakfast and lunch. Room was very well appointed. Can’t beat the location for walk ability.
Cons: Not being able to at least temporarily park to unload our things. Had to park in parade right next door and haul our things in. We were on a week long road trip so had a lot of stuff. We managed though. Could be an issue for those with mobility issues.
