Excellent location. Great Service.

Pros: The service was excellent, from telephone calls, to check in, to stay, to valet, to check out. Unique and great room layout. Best location in downtown Calgary. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons: Valet was $50, which was a bit pricey for said service. Shower head would spring up and not stay put. Request for late check out denied. Complimentary bottled water was not provided in room.

The best hotel staff I have ever experienced

Pros: The most amazing staff, Gor and the valets were so kind, helpful and welcoming, even arranging a special welcome present for us and ensuring we had the best room available. I have never had service as good as this, even in 5* hotels. The room was fantastic too, very spacious, modern and a Chromecast was the icing on the cake.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Huge corner room, friendly reception staff. One of the most confortable beds I've slept in. Great value for money.

Cons: Major construction on the road in front of the hotel, not their fault, but worth mentioning.

Modern, well equipped hotel, highly recommended.

Pros: Very modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of downtown Calgary. Beds are extremely comfortable and large! The bathroom is very nice, well equipped with large showers and good water pressure. Well stocked gym with great views. Spa also made a good impression! I can recommend the massage! Staff also really nice and made an effort, nothing was an issue.

Amazing place to stay in Calgary!

Pros: An amazing place to stay and recommend in Calgary at a great price! The staff was extra nice and helped make our last step in Canada a good moment. We were able to check in at 12:30 instead of 3pm, parking is located right underneath the building and valet service was practical. Room is large with all equipments and amenities.

Cons: Nothing, fully recommend !

Pros: Our second stay within one week. We were excited to come back after a very wonderful first stay. Everything exceeded expectations once again and would recommend to anyone considering staying. Valet service was top notch.

Exceptional staff and comfortable stay.

Pros: It was out first time staying at a Le Germaine hotel and it was really exceptional. Every staff member we encountered were super friendly and informative. There are thoughtful details throughout the rooms and were also very spacious and comfortable.
