It was a very acceptable stay over.

Pros: It’s situated in a beautiful area. The room was decorated nicely.

Cons: The mattress needs replacement. The springs were weak and we rolled towards the middle.

Spacious rooms

Pros: Room was great and clean. Hot tub and pool are nice but a bit small.

Cons: Pillows weren't very comfortable. I'd prefer a king bed rather than a queen.

Wonderful stay and will consider to stay again next time when going to the near locations.

Pros: The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed our schedule few times and cut our stay from 2 days to 1 but the staff was very patient to listen to our request and made it seamlessly !

Cons: One of the two bathrooms just didn't have a sliding glass door for the shower area that had made the floor very wet after bathing. This should be improved !

Grandkids loved the snow and heated pool. I loved the charging stations

Pros: I was as very happy that the PVL had electrical charging stations inside their underground parking lot. Loved that the pool was heated in January and the grandkids could swim. Access to trails right from hotel so very easy to walk my dog. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Pets are welcomed. Games to borrow in lobby. Warm cider was a nice touch.

Cons: Kitchen was poorly equiped. No spatula, whisk, mixing bowl and blender. No basics like oil. I travel a lot and most kitchen have the basics for cooking like spices, oil, vinegar etc. We were there for three nights and each day I needed a whisk. I was just doing basic cooking like scrambled eggs, french toast and pudding. Without a blender there is no way to make a smoothy. PVL is discribed as having a fireplace. I had assumed it would be a gas fireplace but it was a fake elctrical fireplace. Very disappointing.

We only stayed one night but it was delightful.

Pros: Friendly warm and clean environment. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were lovely and set in such a spectacular setting.

Cons: All good
