Would recommend the hotel … the friendly staff really made it a great stay.

Pros: The property is a great place to base yourself . The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything you needed. The free laundry was also a bonus .

Cons: The only downside was the behaviour of some of the other guests.

Love visiting summerland

Pros: prefer the #1 building, otherwise grounds and location are perfect.

Cons: struggled a little with the coffee maker. otherwise great

Pros: Breakfast in the hotel was good, but not included.

Cons: To get to our room on the second floor, we went up the elevator, walked down the hallway, then had to go outside and walk down a few doors down to get to our room.

Pros: Suite was very clean and it was great having a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove top. had a partial view of the lake; staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff made great recommendations for local restaurants in Summerland. I would stay again here although would be nice to go when warmer.

Cons: I didn't like calling to ask for housekeeping every day - I pressed the housekeeping button one morning rather than call but no one came and then I had to call for service but they did come promptly.

Very nice stay for couples!

Pros: Great view, nice kitchen and amenities. Underground parking. Are is beautiful, with parks and walking path right there. Food at the cafe was great!

Cons: Beds a bit hard, bed frame extended out...hit my toes and ankles on base of frame. Hot tub and sauna were nice, but could be warmer.
