Brewster Mountain Lodge

Loved the hotel and room decor and what a bonus to have breakfast included.

Pros: Room and decor was excellent. Great breakfast and area to eat.

Cons: The sofa bed was not made up and there was no sheets in the room to get it ready. Had to head to the front desk and ask the staff.

Excellent hotel, bang in the middle of Banff

Pros: This hotel is in a perfect spot right in the centre of Banff. The room we had was large and spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast nook (once we found it) provided a decent enough breakfast to start your day. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit

Cons: Maybe a bar or somewhere to get a hot drink during the day. Signage wasn’t great, it was a bit complicated to find your way day one

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay that exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Location had a perfect view and was easy to walk to all of our favourite locations in downtown Banff. The staff had exceptional guest service and were adaptable to our needs.

Cons: Breakfast was mediocre - could have more variety such as pancakes/waffles, sausage, and more spreads for toast.

Incredible location within the heart of Banff

Pros: Staff were amazing, in particular Jack! He was a legend and had so many recommendations for us. Centrally located and within walking distance to anything you need

Pros: I had a very stressful situation early in the morning when my airport shuttle did not arrive as scheduled. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. The female staff member working alone at first made multiple phone calls on my behalf and did everything she could to help me. Later, when the male staff member arrived, they both continued assisting me and helped locate the bus office so I could go there and resolve the situation. Thanks to their genuine care, patience, and professionalism, I was able to arrange transportation and arrive safely at the airport. I am truly grateful for their outstanding support. The hotel itself was also very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The pickup location was very close to the entrance, which made everything easy. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the exceptional front desk staff

Amazing facilities for a hotel in a great location!

Pros: We couldn’t fault our stay! It was in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. The included breakfast was amazing. A new variety of hot food over the 3 days we stayed. It made for an easy start to the day! There was also laundry facilities and the staff were helpful in providing change for the machines, and showing us where to go (the laundry room is tucked away and was tricky to find). We will definitely be staying again!

Cons: Had to call front desk as room hadn’t been done at 3:30pm

A lovely lodge, it was adequate,

Pros: The location is right in the middle of Banff Avenue with plenty of good cafes and restaurants around!

Cons: The lightings in the room could be brighter and our room was facing the back of the lodge with trucks loading/off loading stuff. Didn’t bother us badly but there’s some noises. Breakfast was 😐 I suggest go to cafes behind the lodge for good coffees!

Cute central spot in Banff

Pros: Amazing location, really cute mountain lodge vibe, comfortable beds

Cons: The room was not even slightly sound proof! The room had earplugs but I could still hear full conversations from the hallway, and it woke us up multiple times in the night.
