Pros: Great access to central banff and great staff, very helpful.

Cons: The tvs were old and unresponsive. The access to the offside parking garage was a cumbersome.

Great value for the money

Pros: Nicely remodeled. Very clean. Convenient walking to many amenities.

Cons: Street noise but you are downtown Banff... mostly when the bars closed.

Unbeatable location with lovely staff – a great stay.

Pros: Can’t beat the location, with secure parking in the centre of Banff. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room had everything we needed.

Cons: It is very warm in the room. We knew that there was no air con, so we were prepared. But even on cooler days, the room gets hot.

Good value for money in excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location. Room was very clean and well appointed. Linen and towels etc very good quality. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Happy for us to arrive early and stores our luggage for an hour after check out. Very friendly.

Cons: Twin room was very very small. Walls very thin, could hear people in the room next to us.

Was a good time but not relaxing.

Pros: Location was very noisy after 11p.m. at night.All the noises was till 3 am in the morning.Next time I will not choose this hotel.

Pros: The location was incredible, definitely worth the money.

Cons: The access to the parking by foot was difficult to navigate and the lift not working did make it less desirable. Not deal breakers at all though
