Great location, lovely rooms, fix the steam room! :)

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautifully presented room overlooking cascade mountain

Cons: Room was unbearably hot, temp was set to 25 without the ability to adjust (that I could see) had to sleep with the fan on. The steam room was out of order which was actually one of the reasons I chose to stay there unfortunately

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

Pros: - Convenient location with an affordable price compared to surrounding accommodation - Guests were able to use pool and sauna facilities across the road in the Banff Park Lodge - Staff were friendly with complimentary reception cookies available. - Rooms were clean

Cons: - A bit dim with no central lighting. Charging ports were a bit awkward to use in the 2 Double bed room. - Pillows were very soft - Laundry facilities were not in the hotel but actually in the Banff Park Lodge across the road and was a bit awkward to access.

Budget Friendly nice hotel next to River.

Pros: Budget friendly hotel with lovely staff. Located next to river with wonderful views. Bed very comfortable. Flexible checkout time.

Cons: Not an issue for me, but a little dated.

Cons: The hallway where my room was smelled like pee. There was no fan in the bathroom for the shower.

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were lovely and helpful. The housekeeping staff made our room immaculate each day. Excellent location, easy walk to town and a quick walk across to the other property to use the hot tub facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The room was a little too warm when sleeping at night, otherwise no complaints.

Lovely location

Pros: Room was spacious and very comfortable. Toiletries and coffee provided. Housekeeping was excellent Location by river was lovely with deer in the garden. Just 5 min walk from. Downtown.

Cons: Only a water refill machine at reception. Really need one on every floor. Volume on tv appeared to be limited.
