The Kenrick Hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay. The pool area was a treat.

Pros: The location was great and we loved the pool facility.

Cons: The bathroom was very small and vanity located in the main room.

Pros: Staff was amazing , the pool excellent . The only thing was That the washroom in the room was extremely small . But everything else was excellent .

Fabulous stay!

Pros: The location was very good, just in the middle of downtown, and the recently rennovated facilities were fantastic! The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were always ready to make our stay a pleasant one. They were glad to provide information, make suggestions about tourist attractios and restaurants, support with bookings, tickets, printing, etc. We commend Sony, Sabina and Mark, who were exceptionally kind, friendly, supportive, efficient, and always kept a smiling and welcoming face. They really went far and beyond!!! We also liked the coffee place located at the entrance of the hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable.

Pros: We LOVE The Kenrick hotel!! Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is absolutely divine in every aspect from the cosy chairs in front of the fireplace to the excellent coffee at the cafe. The decor and rooms throughout are just stunning and the pool was fabulous especially while watching the snow fall outside! We loved the location. It was so easy to stroll to nearby cafes/restaurants and to local sight seeing spots. We can't wait to come back again!

Cons: We loved everything! No complaints here.

Amazing stay

Pros: Decoration, amenities and the room were really comfortable.

Great spot to stay in Banff

Pros: Rooms were really nice. And for once casting to the tv was just simple.

Cons: Nothing really not to like. The washroom was a little small for a big fellow. But nothing horrible.

Pros: Wonderful, one of the best hotels ever. Such a nice welcoming feeling when we were coming back in the evening from the cold outside. Loved the toiletries, they smell so good! The swimming pool is AMAZING, really nicely decorated and clean with the added bonus of having the view of the mountains and the snow. Fabulous hotel, really recommended!

Cons: If I really must mention one thing, I would like to add an extra chair and maybe a small table to the room, since it was very spacious.

A super peaceful

Pros: I travel quite a lot for work, so I stay in different hotels all the time. This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Every little detail has been thought through. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spa is amazing, especially for a smaller hotel. The staff are so polite and attentive and nothing is ever too much. Do not be fooled by the three star rating. The hotel has gone through extensive renovations and it's closer to a 5 start hotel than any big chain hotel.

Cons: The water in the room could be replenished on a daily basis rather than asking for it at the desk. Our room was right next to the laundry room and sometimes the staff would start it at 7am and it was fairly loud. These are tiny little recommendations and nothing could have ruined our stay.

Pros: The Kenrick was amazing. The bath house with sparkling water, the rooms bed and pillows were great and the staff lovely. 100% recommend.

Pros: Fantastic hotel, perfect renovation of rooms, luxury small appliances, smooth check in and check out, on site parking, friendly staff, great pool and spa facilities.

Cons: They don't have a gym, but offer to use altenative in Banff downtown.
