Pros: The location is right on the main strip and a short walk to anywhere in Banff

Cons: The only thing I could think of is the shower head is fixed and cant be adjusted

Pros: The rooms were spacious, check in was easy and parking was good. Walking distance to most things. Had trouble with our heater and it was fixed right away.

Could have been better, but it was good.

Pros: The hotel is very well located and somewhat discreet. The balcony is a plus. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and willing to assist you if needed.

Cons: It was a bit tricky to find the front desk because it isn't at the hotel. The room had no closet, so it was impossible to hang clothes. The conditioner was over before the end of our stay and was not replaced by the housekeeping staff

Pros: The room was spacious and the location was great. There is a gym and bigger hot tub as well as a sauna available next door at Irwin's Mountain Inn (as this accommodation is also managed by them).

Cons: The front door of Red Carpet Inn isn't locked at any time so it's kind of unsafe.

Pros: Location was good, walkable to downtown, the view from the room was good too. We had an issue with the hot water, and the front desk went beyond and gave us a new room with a better view of the mountains as a replacement, and also a free bottle of wine! Customer service was excellent

Pros: The room was big and clean, and it was just a short walk from the centre of town.

Pros: Centrally located, shuttle to the ski resorts just outside the hotel. Room was spacious and quite comfortable.

Everything we needed for 1 night. Will stay again.

Pros: Exceeded my expectations ! Furnitures, and overall style of the room has gone through a reno and the room looked good and not outdated like most Inns. Easy check in and out, the front desk gave us a call to check on us as we planned a late arrival and were even later than that. Great customer service. Comfortable and clean guest room.

Pros: It was in a good spot for walking into town. Good size room, comfy beds

Cons: I didn't like that there was no where to put your stiff in the bathroom, two woman travelling, and no shelf or spot apart from the top of the toilet! This might be a reason I would not stay again. There was another mirror and basin in the room which was good, but it didn't help me getting ready in the small bathroom.

Comfortable and efficient but disconcerting no invoice

Pros: We liked the location, the higher ceiling on the 3rd floor, the parking

Cons: We still have not received our emailed invoice. The receptionist seemed a little flustered it would be nice to have a small table and 2chairs
