Pros: Great size rooms, friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable. Also great location.

Comfortable rooms for families in a great location

Pros: The location was excellent. Room was very comfortable for four people - family loft. Great restaurant and coffee shop downstairs.

Cons: The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. The rooms are not soundproof - if you have a noisy neighbour you hear everything.

Excellent and enjoyable experience in Banff.

Pros: Friendly and helpful front desk employee (Shirley). Cleanliness of room and location of hotel. Heated underground parking is a bonus. and much appreciated.

Pros: Location, town centre and shops are just across the road, bus station for Roam transit to Lake Louise also just opposite to the hotel, very nice lobby, extremely helpful staff, it's beyond 3 stars hotel.

Will definitely stay here again.i would rate it as a 4 star hotel

Pros: Location. Parking facilities. Washing machine and dryer CAD 3 each. Breakfast place and a restaurant onsite but independent. Large room with fridge tea and coffee facilities.

Cons: Toilet got blocked but was seen to immediately

Pros: Everything was fabulous. I was originally worried about the cost, but it proved to be value for money. Right in the heart of things. Rooms comfortable, staff fabulous. Loved our time staying here.
