Great value for money.

Pros: I liked my room. The Bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Nice view. Breakfast at the El Toro restaurant was excellent. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Nothing...to speak of. Laundry machines seemed abit pricey. 3 dollars per load.

A welcoming hotel

Pros: Staff where great very helpful, room was clean and tidy, beds a little hard but that’s a personal preference! 8 min walk into central Banff plenty of parking, restaurant next door although nothing to do with the hotel family had breakfast there and where happy with the food would happily stay again

Perfect getaway with super friendly staff, superb location and excellent value for money!

Pros: One of the best things about Irwin Mountain Inn was the staff and most especially Alysun Paradise at the front desk who was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. She helped us organise our entire itinerary and arranged everything for us like bus tours to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine and gondola rides which was so convenient. Her superb recommendations made all the difference for us. Thank you Alysun ! The other great thing about the inn is its perfect location which is so close to all the best spots and the stores and restaurants!

Cons: We liked everything. Only thing was that the hot tub wasn’t working, it would have been great if that was operational too.

Will be staying here again

Pros: Great value for not only the size of the rooms but also for the location. Staff were incredibly friendly, hot tub was great to relax after a cold day; storage for ski gear as well as an available laundry room. The parking garage has very low ceilings so keep that in mind if you're traveling with a large vehicle or with a car attachment like a bun on your roof. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Good value for money and a short walk to main town

Pros: Nice location close to main town. Room was big and shower was excellent with shampoo conditioner and body soap from Rocky Mountain Soap company. Hot tub was nice to relax in. Free parking. Friendly staff.

Cons: It is a bit dated but it was clean and worked well for our stay.
