Am okay with the facility

Pros: Am very happy with the staff, the ambiance and the breakfast was good.

Cons: Paying for packing of my vehicle

Very comfortable room at a good price, and accommodating staff

Pros: Our room was ready hours before check in, and we were upgraded at no extra cost.

Cons: Only one lift was working, and was always in use by house-keeping, with no apparent stairs as an alternative (which we would have taken, even at the 8th floor). We had to wait up to 15 minutes to get out at times. It would have been good to have standard allergies advertised at the breakfast options.

Pros: Location close to downtown walking distance, excellent staff

Pros: I was bowled over by this hotel. From the welcoming staff member who helped me with public transport information (a bus right outside the hotel!) to the clean and spacious room, with that FABULOUS kitchenette, to the delicious breakfast, catering for all tastes, and the great position and price, I found everything first class. I just wish that I had another trip to Calgary planned, so I could go there again! Oh, and I should mention the kind staff member who organised a coffee while I waited in the lobby for my transport to the airport. Just wonderful.

Good hotel, lacking facilities

Pros: Exactly as advertised, massive suite with kitchenette and living room. Large bath. Breakfast was good with items alternating each day. Waffle machine was great.

Cons: Really small gym with only a few cardio items. Sauna was switched off each time I went to use it, took ages to heat up, and the door was broken with gaps letting air out so it never got up to full temperature (80°), and sat around 50-60°.

Pros: The stay was really good and the room was cleaned up very well when I was out. The breakfast option was fair enough for a couple of days stay.

Good memories of Calgary

Pros: Although I arrived before the official check-in time, the front desk staff was very kind. She took care of my luggage and later informed me when the room was ready after cleaning.The room was large and on a high floor with a nice view. The kitchenette allowed for some light cooking, which was very convenient. Most day tours to Banff don’t include pickup from this hotel, but it wasn’t a problem since the pickup locations were within walking distance. Having a large supermarket nearby was also very convenient.

Good hotel, excellent staff.

Pros: Good location for city and exploring further. large room with all facilities you require for a few days. Best part was helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Airline Air Transat, lost our bags, reception staff went over and above to help us find shops open to buy clothes. Next day they were very quick to let us know bags had arrived. Inclusive breakfast was an unexpected treat.

Cons: Road noise is very loud throughout night, we had road facing first floor room.

Very pleased with my stay

Pros: Excellent breakfast, many options. The room was amazing, it has all the necessary amenities, a fully equipped kichnette, the bed was very good too. Location was great, super accessible to public transport, even though I walked all the time because the area is very safe.

Cons: It was perfect to me.
