Excellent staff, clean and central. Mexican restaurant next door awesome food.

Pros: Staff were excellent; friendly, helpful, enquiring. I don’t really like large hotel rooms so this was perfect for me. I'm picky about pillows so really happy they had great ones. The Mexican restaurant next door was very good!

Til we meet again!

Pros: Had a wonderful stay. Coffee and Tea available at all hours! They even packed a 'to go' breakfast for me when I had to leave at 4am. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Cons: There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. I could say the bed was too comfortable and I had a hard time leaving it😁

Clean with fantastic staff

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable as was the shower. The staff at the front desk and at the valet stand were fantastic, so friendly and willing to help. They got me a room with a great view of the Calgary tower and allowed me to store my bags for the day after checking out. Hotel is in walking distance of many sights and restaurants. Breakfast was okay, nothing special though.

Cons: The temperature in the whole building was a little too high for my liking.

Solid hotel experience

Pros: Bed was comfy. Room was well-arranged and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated my early arrival. The breakfast was good and included good vegan options. Wasn't as overpriced as other hotels in the area.

Calgary short stay

Pros: Comfy beds, nice big bathroom, good shower. Valet staff very helpful. Great breakfast in a lovely relaxing room overlooking the park.

Cons: It would be great if Canadian hotels offered family rooms with queen & 2 singles then the sofa wouldn't need to be used and rooms would be more spacious and functional.

Pros: We booked this hotel because it's so convenient for us to walk to Flixbus station to Banff next morning. Very friendly receptionist and even upgraded our room for free. Breakfast was delicious too.

Amazing stay

Pros: The room was very good but the personnel was EXCEPTIONAL. It was a very nice stay, very clean room located ideally in the city center. The breakfast was very good. I want to highlight the personnel, which was absolutely amazing with us. Our flight was leaving on the evening, and even though we had already checked out they stored our luggage and let us use their facilities before leaving for the airport. It was really really nice stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Calgary.
