it was very good

Pros: the staff where very friendly and helpful the hotel was very easy to find the day of leaving the hotel they aloud us to leave our luggage till we got pickup on to our next hotel which was in Banff i would stay there again.

Very good start in our holidays

Pros: Nice staff , very friendly , nice suite , very good valet parking. Thompsons restaurant provides very good quality at reasonable prices. We can recommend this hotel!

Pros: The location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and gave us an extra hour when checking our..so flexible to meet our needs.

Pros: Great location, in the centre of Calgary but still very quiet when in the room. Room itself was awesome, had everything we needed and a nice comfy bed. Staff were very accommodating, we were allowed to check in early + they stored our bags for a few hours after our check out time.

Great choice for a short stay in Calgary

Pros: Good sized room (two doubles), great sized bathroom. Friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious - it was included with our booking, which meant a plentiful credit to use on the a la carte menu. Pool, whirlpool/hot tub and steam room on 18th floor. Great location downtown

Love Calgary Love Hyatt

Pros: Fab location, excellent service from concierge & front desk. Room service good and of a good standard.

Cons: The spa was closed for the weekend - no good to us as we were there during this time. Swimming pool & steam / Jacuzzi though good facilities weren't manned so many kids were throwing paper cups everywhere. Also steam room was continuously kept open by children so stayed cold.
