Best place to stay for convenience and best place for the children with the water slide

Pros: the staff are very helpful and friendly especially the cleaning staff are so nice and helpful and approachable, they always make you feel ok to ask them for more pool towels etc. the gardens and hanging baskets out front were particularly nice and well kept

Cons: our truck was broken into in the night and our tent was stolen, that was unfortunate.

Everything I expect from BW with exceptional Indian ladies on reception

Pros: Staff were excellent particularly Indian ladies at reception.Room was good. Restaurant in the hotel was 3rd party owned. It is Mediterranean food and thus different to what one considers tradional. Good however! It was typical of a number of the groups hotels I have stayed in and met all their standards. Indians on reception were special!

Pros: Rooms were clean they keep on parking lot at night left my windows half way down front desk contacted me to let me know

Pros: The water slide in the pool area was great, the kind laundry ladies were so helpful and patient, there were rose bushes planted out front and someone obviously cares for them, the front desk staff were on point,

Cons: Might have been nice to have usb charger ports on the night stand, more garbage bins out front because the one was always full from people's paper bags and boxes (which could be recycled...)

A nice, conveniently located hotel!

Pros: The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well (important at the height of summer!) The location was convenient, being within walking distance of several restaurants.

Cons: At least a few Level 2 EV chargers would be. great benefit for patrons. The room wasn't cheap, so it would've been nice if breakfast was included.

Pros: We liked our room. We had requested a quiet room and the hotel was able to accommodate.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: this facility was super nice. Room large/ bathroom large / air conditioning great / wi fi great

Beautiful, clean hotel. Too bad there was no hottob or included breakfast.

Pros: It was very clean and the rooms were big and beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

Cons: We were disappointed that there was no hottub and felt like the price was high for not having breakfast included.

Pros: Very central to most things, staff was very nice and welcoming

Cons: Next time I will request a room not right by all the amenities, the arcade machines weren't working and the pool did look like it could use a clean, needed maybe an extra garbage can by the mirror because if someone is in the bathroom you have to use the one by the beds.
