enjoyed my stay very much

Pros: location was quite easy to get to. The layout was very good The club house sandwich I had was excellent!not a thing

Good value

Pros: Spacious room and it wasn't too loud like most other hotels. I liked the fact that there was a restaurant, cafe and brewhouse all at attached. The gym looked amazing.

Cons: Hole in the ceiling in the hallway right outside of our room. At least thats a sign that maintenance is being done though. The stairwell looked to me like it hadn't been vacuumed the whole time we were there, but maybe it's only done once per week. Most people take the elevator.

A lovely place to stay - very good value for money

Pros: We loved everything about this property. The staff were lovely, the room was perfect and very clean and there's a restaurant and a cafe downstairs we used for very reasonably priced dinner & breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Nothing - everything was just prefect and it was good value for money.

Comfortable, convenient and pleasant stay, accentuated by very friendly staff.

Pros: The hotel had been recently renovated and was clean, quiet and well-maintained. We had breakfast at the restaurant and were very pleased with the food quality, portion sizes and friendliness of the staff.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: The jacuzzi tub in our room was amazing!! The bed was really comfortable

Cons: There was a big shower in the bathroom, but the there was NO water pressure, so barly any water came out if the shower head which made of a VERY cold shower. Not acceptable for the price of the room.

Good Cranbrook hote

Pros: Quality hotel good position nice room with plenty facilities.

Cons: Breakfast could be better

Pros: We were happy to be in a hotel that was clean. Staff very friendly.

Cons: The drain in shower didn't drain properly so a tiny bit of water filled in tub. I forgot to mention when leaving.

Pros: Fabulous place! It has so many features, we didn't get to use them all - spa, gym, salon, restaurant, bar... just not enough time. Staff was great, rooms clean and comfy. This will definitely be our basecamp when we travel in BC.

Cons: We had a pet friendly room, and it could have used another table or second dresser for our things. Not enough surface area to set things on. Also, the pet rooms have no carpet, all hard surface (for cleaning, I'm sure!) so if your pup needs somewhere to lay down, bring the pet bed with you. We always bring ours, but we also went to Walmart and bought a couple of small rugs so our dog could walk without slipping around.

GREAT

Pros: Do not eat breakfast but ate all four dinners in restaurant or pub. The food and service is excellent.

Cons: I am very satisfied with the property and service. I travel quite a bit and stay at least four days every second month and will be holding an educational conference on your property.

Convenient location for all of Cranbrook.

Pros: Parking overnight seemed secure. Good to have a pool. Easy access to downtown and the main strip on the highway.

Cons: It would have been nice to have breakfast included. We would have liked to see how the fancy fountain worked.
