Comfortable, clean, spacious room with separate bedroom, kitchen and sitting areas

Pros: Comfortable, spacious room with separate bedroom and well stocked kitchen area. A short walk into the main town of Jasper. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ample free parking. Very clean.

Cons: Unbeknownst to us….the restaurant and pool were temporarily closed….it would have been nice to know this before booking. The room was incredibly hot on arrival and didn’t cool down for hours….had all the doors and windows open. Decor a bit dated.

Pros: The Inn and Suites met again all of our expectations. The team is very kind and helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us with plenty of room. The kitchen is great for preparing meals, and the couch was new and super comfortable to relax. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and steam room. The location is ideal to walk downtown and to explore the surrounding trails.

Loved our stay at James

Pros: We loved our stay here. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The rooms were a good size and had a fridge. Short walk away from the main area of James Bay. They provide complimentary tea/coffee in the morning.

Cons: No tea/coffee, kettle in the room. The towels were a bit small.

Pros: A lovely suite with very good facilities . We had a ground floor room so no view but we paid a reasonable price. We had a good meal in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly.

Cons: High windows, made it a little dark in the room.

Good Hotel

Pros: Great room but you certainly need a fan in summers.

Cons: Sometimes it can get uncomfortable with out fan and airconditioning. Most of the hotels in jasper do not have air conditioning. Hotel had provided table fans.

Pros: Location was great, easy parking, nice friendly staff in the diner/bar and a good choice of drinks and food. Comfy and quiet room with lap top work space and comfortable bed.

Cons: Slightly pricey but it is the end of summer holiday season.
