Chateau Jasper

Pros: Location is nice, the reception girls and guys are super friendly

Cons: - Rooms are a little bit oldish - No adapters from EU sockets to CAN ones in the room - Too many people in the swimming pools at once, no control

Pricey, but worth it

Pros: Nice and warm despite all the snow outside. Good pool. Lovely Christmas dinner.

Pros: big double beds, restaurant was lovely and continent, good location. Staff in the reception were AMAZING, so friendly and helpful

Pros: Our decision to stay was last minute, booking and Check-in was very easy, heaps of room for parking motorhome at the back of the hotel and as we got in late it was great that the restaurant was open till late so we didn't have to walk all the way into town in the cold, and all staff across the board were very accommodating and friendly - highly recommend

Cons: Minor detail - the room was for 4 people (2 double beds) and we booked 4 people, but when we got into the room it was set up for 2 people with 2 coffee cups, 2 glasses, but 3 towels. A phone call to reception and house keeping brought up everything that we were missing.

Comfortable, convenient, and great value

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Jasper! Our double room with double beds was clean, quiet, and very spacious — perfect for a relaxing stay after exploring Jasper. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved waking up to a stunning mountain view right from our window. The room was great value for money, with a microwave and fridge that made it so convenient for heating up food or preparing simple breakfasts. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the warm welcome at check-in to promptly bringing us plates, bowls, and anything else we needed. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to town for shopping, cafes, and restaurants. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend Chateau Jasper to anyone visiting Jasper and would happily stay here again!

Excellent place to recharge while enjoying the beauty of the mountains!

Pros: I loved the view, it was stunning. I’m not sure there could be a bad view in Jasper. I loved the location, it was close enough to the main drag that you can walk comfortably.

Cons: The hot tub jets did not work and the work out area could be better, but maybe not that many people workout while in Jasper because there is so much to do to be active in nature. A sauna would be an amazing addition, to ease aches muscles after a long hike.

Cons: We were only there overnight so prob not long enough to comment
