Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went above and beyond when I had a problem (my own fault not theirs) and resolved it immediately, the room was clean, the bed comfortable.

Pros: Cute place, a little dated but was close to everything and good price. Breakfast was in the same building and got a voucher for staying at the hotel.

Pros: The Astoria is an old Hotel, that said I expected less than we got. It had very comfy beds and very clean rooms. Great access, in the mist of everything. The rooms are small but I kinda expected that. Staffnwelcom8mg and imformative.The restraunt attached had great food, and friendly staff as well.

A good place to stay

Pros: Beautiful location with all that you need for a short stay. Friendly staff.

Cons: Parts of hotel were a little bit tired and the room was quite small, but good for a few days.

Nice old hotel in center of Jasper

Pros: Hotel was right in the center of town. Had an adjoining bar and restaurant and car parking was across the road. Friendly staff and good meals available in both the bar and restaurant.

Cons: Rooms were on upper floors but there was no lift. The hotel is old so that is somewhat understandable.

The stay was great, and the bathroom is very good.

Pros: The hotel is very well organized, and the room is very clean. Excellent location that allows you to do everything on foot in the city center.

Cons: The front desk staff could have explained more about the facilities. We arrived and only checked in, and usually in hotels, the receptionists welcome you and explain everything.

Pros: Central location arriving either by car, bus or train. Good restaurants adjacent for late arrivals. Ask for courtyard rooms because of train movements throughout the night. Compared with more modern hotels locally, I thought their prices were very favourable.

Cons: Rooms a little small but adequate.. I was solo traveller hence mine was OK.
