Pros: The restaurant in the hotel was good if a bit expensive (the breakfast was particularly over priced). The pool, facility and location were good. Very family friendly and accessible. The smart tv in the room was super easy to broadcast to. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The door to the washroom would stick and was extremely hard to close. The bar fridge in the room had a noisy compressor and wasn't very cold. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Struggled for a couple of days after. But I could understand why some people would like it.

We were very pleasantly surprised, because the pics on booking did not convey how nice the hotel is.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, room was perfectly clean and comfy, as were the beds. Even the proximity to the train tracks was no problem at all. We particularly loved the pool/hottub and the fact that the restaurant was right there.

This hotel is a great choice to stay at when visiting Jasper.

Pros: Everything was great. We were upgraded to a deluxe king room for no extra charge. Had a balcony with a perfect view of the mountains. Staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy . On site restaurant had great food and was priced reasonable. All in all I would recommend this place as a great choice to stay. And the location was great also. Easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

A lovely stay for sure. Spacious room with beautiful view.

Pros: The location is within walking distance to Jasper downtown. Lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. The VIEW from our room is sooo beautiful.

Cons: The noise! Our room was on the ground level, there are 2 entrances, 1 takes us straight to the main road with absolutely gorgeous view and another door takes us to the lobby/dining area. We could hear people walking outside our room (thumping sound, very constant). House keeping uses the corridor as well with their laundry trolley etc, all could be heard so clearly. If you are noise sensitive, I suggest bring earplugs as you’ll need them.
