Tonquin Inn

Pros: We stayed at the hotel during extremely cold weather (-28 C outside), and the room was initially a bit cool. We requested a heater, and the staff responded quickly and kindly, providing one right away, which made the room warm and very comfortable. The room itself was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. There is also a great restaurant on the hotel property, which was very convenient and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff are wonderful people. The service was great and everyone who works there seems to go above and beyond.

Cons: The walls between rooms are a little thinner than we would have liked but it is an older property, much like all the hotels in Jasper.

Pros: Clean, very good value, and easy walking distance to town.

Modern hotel with all the necessary amenities.

Pros: The rooms are modern and has all the necessary amenities. I rented 2 rooms in 2 different categories and they were diligent enough to put us as close to each other as possible, which was very appreciated. Hotel has 3 hot tubs, due to the winter weather the outdoor tubs was inoperable but thankfully the indoor hottub and pool were another option. Walking distance to town and other activities. My family and I had a good stay over the Christmas holiday.

Cons: Outdoor hottubs were closed, and that was the highlight why I chose this property. At time of booking staff assured that they wud be open... but you can't be too mad at the weather I suppose.

Pros: Clean and fairly spacious room. Newer smart tv Pool, hot tubs, saunas

Cons: Was told no early check in then got early check in Noise carried easily from room upstairs

It was good to be back in Jasper again.

Pros: Location is good, easy to get around town. The staff at the front desk various times were very friendly and helpful. Room was overall good.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable; it seemed to be sloped and far too soft/warn out. There was no main light switch, all lamps. We were given a discount voucher for the neighbouring restaurant, but were not told it was closed for a private event on the Sunday and Monday.

Pros: I brought my dog with me and the staff went above and beyond to welcome her. They provided a dog bed,water and food bowl, treats (with ingredients listed in case of allergies) poop bags and a welcome card for her. It was her first hotel stay and they made it so welcoming and comfortable for her and for me.
