“Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff and a perfect location.”

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is connected to the restaurant next door, which made breakfasts (and excellent coffee!) especially convenient. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, and the team went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for local dining. We needed to work from our room for a few days, and it turned out to be perfect—well set up with a couple of good options for laptops. The location was fantastic; we were able to walk everywhere. On a more relaxed day, we borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a beautiful, easy ride around Stanley Park. Overall, everything from the service to the amenities made our stay memorable, and we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

Cons: We really liked this hotel couldn't come up with any elements we didn't like. The only thing was the sauna was not working during out stay and was being serviced.

Highly recommend!

Pros: Great location, super friendly staff. We got an upgrade to a better room upon arrival and had a great view. They also have bikes you can rent (for 3hrs).
