Pros: The view at the bay was simply amazing. I just sat there in awe everyday after work enjoying this beautiful view! Housekeeping was also top notch

Great location rom which to explore Vancouver and its surroundings.

Pros: Friendly staff. Lots of facilities and things to do in the area. Lots of lovely places to eat including the hotel, our favourite was Cadero's next door.

Great location, great view, beautiful resort-style hotel.

Pros: Location is absolutely sensational, Stanley Park is a walk away and so is downtown although it may feel like a trek at first if you are not used to it haha. We booked the king room and it was comfortably sized and the amenities were quite sufficient. The mountain and harbour view from our room at 11th floor was splendid and there is some noise because of the harbour but not much.

Cons: The lights in the room are a little too dimm, an option to have a brighter room would be great. Breakfast should be included with the prices they charge.

Overall I was very comfortable and happy and would stay again.

Pros: I loved the position. So close to Stanley Park and the lovely West End neighborhood. Also very easy to walk into the CBD. Loved the complimentary bike hire.

Cons: Nothing really - just felt, for the cost, the room could have been cleaner.

Fantastic location for exploring waterfront and Stanley Park.

Pros: Didn’t use the facilities but they looked great. Staff, particularly the reception and concierge were great. A little disappointed at the bathrooms, very basic for 5 star. Nowhere to hang towels and quite small.

Pros: Great views, it was quiet and the room was a good size

Cons: Not many places to eat outside hotel. Not the hotels problem though!

Pros: Super comfortable bed Quality linen and toiletries Great location with nearby bars and restaurants on the waterfront Staff very friendly and helpful

Excellent service and great comfort for families

Pros: I really liked how comfortable the rooms were and how attentive the staff was. Every time we requested something, the response was immediate. If you are traveling with kids, it’s a great place — my son really enjoyed everything, from the food to the pool and other amenities.

Cons: I would recommend offering a change of bed sheets for guests staying more than two nights.
