Fabulous waterfront location, great service on this stay

Pros: Fabulous waterfront location, great facilities and very comfortable room. Exceptional Concierge service, so good being able to message back and forth. Shout out to Carla. And loved the bar.

Cons: It would be good to have some smaller ebikes to cater for shorter people.

Pros: The door staff are exceptional. From the valet parking to the prompt and considerate luggage service, just all round great humans! Best staff I have had the pleasure of getting to know at a hotel.

Cons: The sauna being included in room price and being available all seasons would be a great addition. Gym equipment is a bit lacking too.

Comfortable and easy.

Pros: Service was great, the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean.

Cons: The bed is too soft which we noticed after 2 nights. The shower didn’t drain well and the tub was difficult to unplug.

High-end hotel in great location

Pros: Great location near the cruise terminal. You could spend hours looking at the busy harbour (cruise ships, ferries, sea planes, ships, helicopters, pleasure crafts…). The Gold lounge is really worth it. The lobby lounge in the ground floor with bar and restaurant is always busy and buzzing.

Cons: Staff is hit and miss. Some are very efficient, others less so.

Pros: The location is great. Staff was very friendly and available when needed. It has a fabulous room, with a big bath, and prompt room service. Great lobby bar.

Cons: No seated breakfast options before 7 am.
