Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront

Staff very friendly, great location - would stay again in future

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely location right next to the Harbour, restaurants, cafes, walking distance to shopping areas in Vancouver. Rooms have everything you need, decent size. Hotel has gym, indoor pool area. Was my birthday, had chocolates and birthday greetings upon arrival in room - very thoughtful and made the trip more special.

Cons: Hotel is slightly outdated now, but they have plans on display in lobby showing modern updates are coming. Loved to see the designs and will stay again when updated and refreshed. Pool area looking a little tired but was still great to get a quick workout and swim in before bed! Rooms still good, clean and comfortable would recommend.

Nice hotel in great location

Pros: Comfy beds, nice room, nice bistro, great location,, friendly staff.

Cons: Not a fan of the $47 charge per night for parking .... But I suppose that's par for the course downtown?! It bumped the room price by 25% so not the deal I'd originally thought.

Convenient

Pros: Great location, everything was super clean and comfortable, staff was also great, super friendly and helpful

Cons: For the price i wasnt expecting the hotel to be that old.

Pros: Location and a view room were tops. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. The interiors need upgrading but it is very clean. The front desk staff was accommodating.

Cons: The price of parking and that they don't have special pricing for.locals.

A lovely end to our Canada stay

Pros: Early check-in provided ( at a cost) late check-out staff pleasant and efficient - particularly the older waiter with the waistcoat (sorry no name ) in the reataurant.

Cons: The bar - quality of alcohol not great

Pros: Great food and decent price. Rooms and bathrooms are bit dated. Very good staff.

New years in coral harbor

Pros: Location is amazing, hospitality and very nice employees, food and the hotel is beautiful 😍

Cons: Price could been a but better ive stayed a few times hoping to get a better deal when i come back

Pros: Room was large, beds were comfortable. We had breakfast as an add on, so glad we did. Al la carte prices were very expensive. The breakfast was excellent. We had hoped to enjoy the hottub...

Cons: The jets in the hottub weren't working and the amount of chlorine was over the top. It took me two days and two showers to wash the smell off my skin. The rad in our room 1040, was noisey. We complained and it improved but was still annoying at night.

Pros: Great location and lovely staff. Warm and clean. I would stay here again.

Cons: Must be a Canadian thing, we had a coffee machine but had to ask for a kettle, which housekeeping brought promptly.

A short, comfortable stop over at the Pinnacle before heading home.

Pros: Great location for the Harbourfront and we had a good view of Coal Harbour

Cons: Nothing.
