Great and comfortable stay

Pros: Clean and modern rooms. Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet. Attentive and professional staff throughout our stay. Comfortable beds.

Cons: A bit more expensive than nearby competitors offering similar facilities. Didnt like that we have to ask for basic amenities (toothbrush and toothpaste) as part of their sustainability program.

Pros: Beautiful Hotel with beautiful harbour views just across the block. Location was very convenient and walking distance to Canada place and other city attractions. Room was clean with fancy heated toilet. My kids loved it 😊

Great location with comfortable beds and great views

Pros: Lovely property with great views from our hotel room. Bed is very big and comfortable. The bathroom was great with a fancy toilet and also clean from top to bottom. Room was spacious and bright which is always welcome. Conveniently located for walking around Vancouver

Pros: - We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, the staff were so lovely and left us a card and strawberries in our room, thank you so much! - Great view of the water front from our room - Good sized rooms - Excellent location
