Excellent stay in Vancouver

Pros: - Reception staff were professional and friendly - Room was great - comfortable, clean and modern - L’Occitane products were provided in the bathroom - We felt safe staying in this location - This hotel is in a good spot in the city area

Apart from that great stay! Although did request an upgrade but nothing mentioned

Pros: Everything was perfect lovely room etc. I found the receptionist a little abrupt.

Cons: I didn’t like the way the concierge was when enquiring about booking a bus to whistler. He said he’s not use to dealing with buses customers normally use private transfers. May me feel uncomfortable

Woth the money

Pros: The location is very central, the bed was extremely comfortable- was like sleeping on a cloud; has a size-able pool and jakuzi area, clean and organized, staff are friendly and the underground parking is spacious enough.

Cons: The hotel is centrally located on a busy street so can get quite loud overnight. The parking is quite expensive but very convenient.

Pros: Suite was great, the gym was to notch fir a hotel gym.

Cons: Hot tub jets didn't work well..wasn't cleaned as dirt remained on bottom for 3 days . Steam room was out or order, so that was disappointing.

Pros: This is my 2nd stay at The Sutton. 1st stay was back in 2009 and I wouldn’t stay elsewhere in Vancouver. The Sutton’s location is perfect, short walk to the shopping streets, many options to see, eat and drink around the hotel and the lobby always takes my breath away with their displays! If you are into food, try their restaurant ‘The Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar’! So good!

Pros: Loved this hotel. The bar was great. The room was spacious and a fabulous view out to the buildings of Vancouver. It was clean and in a great location. Enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: Had a problem while we were there but could have happened at any hotel as they were extremely busy.

Great hotel Great location Excellent rooms

Pros: The hotel is in a central location - within walking distance to shops, pier, tourist attractions. Very comfortable rooms which are furnished exquisitely. Very clean.

Cons: When we arrived there were many people at the reception desk. They receptionists did appear overwhelmed by all the guests. Thereafter, they seemed much more friendly.
