Excellent service!

Pros: Great location, a couple blocks from Coal Harbour, lots of restaurants in the area. The pool and hot tub were great, especially the open fire pits on the patio. The room was one of the largest we've stayed in- spacious, bright, and spotless, including a fridge and Nespresso maker. The best part was the service- every staff greeted us by name and were always so helpful! We were even able to check in really early, which was appreciated after a VERY early flight!

Cons: I wish the outdoor hot tub was open past 7:00pm.

Great location with friendly staff

Pros: Great location, easily walkable to all the main downtown attractions. Rooms are a good size for families and the staff were so helpful even making sure we had mini robes for the kids.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic hotel, cannot fault a single thing!! Facilities were great. Staff were so helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and the heated floors in the bathroom were AMAZING

Pros: The paradox is an absolute amazing hotel. We requested a higher floor room amd found ourselves on the 17th floor. The bed was extremely comfy with tones of pillows, the show was great with the rain shower head, the bath tub was the chefs kiss in relaxing. All the staff we spoke with her absolutely amazing. Delicious food at the Karma Lounge, valet parking and to top it all off- there was so much to see and do all with in a 10 minute walk in either direction. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Spectacular hotel in prime location

Pros: Beautiful ultra modern property really exceptional staff. Nothing is too small to help with. Super clean and brilliant location. Cant fault this hotel. Have stayed in 100s of hotels for work and pleasure this place makes my top 5
