Outstanding stay. This is exactly what you'd expect from the chain's flawless standards: impeccable

Pros: Excellent location: right in the heart of Vancouver, super close to great restaurants and nice shops. The room was comfortable and spacious, with impeccable cleanliness and furniture. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons: No negatives come to mind, everything was great

Great stay, helpful staff and a very central location in Downtown Vancouver

Pros: Very central, very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: My room had an issue with its air conditioning. The pool was a little tired as an area.

Excellent staff. Art deco opulence. Good location. Comfortable beds. Shame pool out of order.

Pros: Good location. Ann concierge went out of her way to help with anything!

Cons: Dust build up behind side tables so seemed rarely moved though everything else very clean. 4 of us in room but always 3 towels. 2cups and 2 glasses. Pool out of action.

Great but restaurant and bar disappointing

Pros: Lovely room , friendly staff , great gym and pool.

Cons: Restaurant and bar poor and out of keeping with the rest of the hotel . Needs a traditional bar and dining room . Too small and modern . Reception area lacks soul and class

Our family loved it

Pros: great location, central to lots of places to eat and the ice skating which our kids loved. Hotel has loads of character and staff as helpful as can be.

Cons: The pool area was being renovated which can't be helped but a hot tub would have been a great bonus.
