Great location , good value (Jan stay) with helpful staff

Pros: Location was perfect - walkable to many attractions as well as restaurants etc good sized pool and hot tub. Bedroom good size for 3 adults

Fantastic and already booked again

Pros: Everything. The price is great, the room was huge, very clean and comfortable, the gym was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, great views.

Cons: No free water in the room - it was chargeable

Amazing, conveniently located

Pros: The location was central to everything that we wanted to see and most within walking distance. Free shuttle to Capilano Bridge was a bonus and the coach to Whistler right outside the door was convenient as well. The bed was comfortable and our request for extra pillows was attended to without hesitation. Our room size was great for 3 adults.

Cons: Instead of double beds possibly queen beds would be my only request.

Pros: Location, friendly staff, access to coffee shops & restaurants, just a meter away from Burrard street train station.

Cons: None that I can think of. Hyatt is the best.

Pros: Close to the train station and shuttles to whistler, large rooms. Staff were quick to deal with rowdy people next door once informed.

Cons: The foyer was a bit chaotic due to a Christmas display.

If you going to Whistler this is Hotel to stay

Pros: On the way to Whistler, we stayed few days just to get off jet lag. This hotel location is within 10-15min. Walking distance to many restaurants and food trucks, popular shopping stores and 10min. Walk to the train nearest train station. Walking around with my family we felt very safe. Hotel is very clean, spacious, nice spa ... Bust to Whistler Blackcomb just few meters.
