Fabulous hotel

Pros: This is a superb hotel. The apartment was huge. Beds are amazing and shower/ bath fabulous. We stayed twice within a matter of days. Our first night was amazing and our room was outstanding. On our return stay, where we had a different room and it happened to be 0c , the heating wasnt working. The bacony door seal was so bad all the cold air came in.

Cons: My only complaint was the heating in that one particular room that should not be used until the door is replaced. We did comment on the heating and someone did attend but it made no difference. In retrospect, we should have insisted on changing rooms.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the attached restaurant provided great food and service. Hotel staff were accommodating and the whole place had a refined atmosphere.

Sutton Grand Suites be GRAND

Pros: The suites are amazing, we return every year for our girls trip. Fantastic location downtown.

Cons: It would be great if the pool area had adults-only times. Like between 8 and 10pm. Screaming children during your hot tub soak isn't enjoyable at all.

Perfect location & lovely stay in downtown.

Pros: Outstanding location in a lovely part of downtown Vancouver. Loved the indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The staff were attentive and professional. Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect, with nice decor, comfy beds, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Would highly recommend as a smart family friendly base in Van.

Cons: Beautiful reception. Really central. The size of the rooms in the Residencies were fantastic for our family of 5.

Overall good stay and we would stay there again.

Pros: Location was excellent. Main bedroom and bed were very comfortable. Gym and pool were welcome in a very rainy fortnight.

Cons: Sofa bed was uncomfortable and we ended up using the mattress on the floor which was slightly better.

Location was excellent and apartment was perfect for four people.

Pros: Location and apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of four.

Cons: The oven had been removed from the kitchen in the apartment and replaced with a microwave. Connecting to Netflix etc on the tv through casting did not always work.
