Days Inn by Wyndham Vancouver Downtown

Pros: Good value for Vancouver, especially on NZD. Easy metro from the airport. Good sized room. Breakfast was good North American, high carb, disposable cutlery one.There was a good food court nearby towards the harbor for meal options. Bus transport was easy too.

Cons: Toilet was small and the seat didn't stay up to pee.

Pros: Location was great, walking distance to everything.

Good value for money in Vancouver.

Pros: Great location within easy walking distance to all the sites in Downtown Vancouver. Easy to get to from the airport using the airport train then a short walk to the hotel (5 - 10 mins) I booked the budget room which was far cheaper than any other for the night and it was good value for money. They stored my bags for me after check out.

Cons: The hotel is very tired but for the money it was comfortable enough. Could do with bathrooms being replaced.

Excellent value for money

Pros: In a great location, basic but clean and adequate for our stay, staff were friendly and room was comfortable although a little small, breakfast was also adequate to start the day

Pros: Hotel very handy,cheap and easy to get from airport on skytrain(buy a compass card).Lovely comfortable bed,room very clean.Fridge and tea/coffee maker which is great to have.Staff very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.Hotel a block from lovely walks along waterfront and Canada place and just further along the street I noticed a bus stop for buses to Stanley Park.Handy for everything downtown.Breakfast included which is a bonus (continental but adequate,decaf coffee provided but no decaf tea).Room very clean.

Cons: My room had view of wall !That being said it was quiet.No toilet brush in bathroom,paintwork chipped in places and where wet wall installed around bath sealant/caulking done very roughly which looks tatty and easily fixed,also around bathroom window.I believe a refurbishment is planned and lift floor tiles definately need replaced very old and tatty.A mat by bed would be good for when you step out of bed onto bathroom floor.Information wallet in room would be good.

Great location and value for Downtowm Vancouver,easy to get to from airport.

Pros: The Hotel is about 8minutes from the Waterfront skytrain station so very handy,cheap and easy to get into town from the airport.Room very clean,lovely comfy bed,continental breakfast included which was adequate cereal,waffles,bagels,bread yoghurt and pieces of fruit.Helpful and friendly staff at reception who could provide information I required.About a block from the waterfront and walks round BC place and harbour.Fridge in room and Keurig coffee maker for tea/coffee which was great to have.

Cons: My room had view of a wall!That being said it was very quiet.The paintwork in room was chipped in areas so needing redone (frame around bathroom door and bathroom window).Where new wet wall panels around bath the sealant/caulking at edge of wall was very roughly done made it look tatty and is an easy fix like the paintwork.No toilet brush in bathroom and some glasses(even plastic ones)needed if you wanted a cold drink.I believe a renovation programme is planned and the lift floor definately needs an upgrade tatty worn tiles.A mat by the bed would be good for a little more comfort when you step out of bed onto flooring.An information file would be helpful in room (although as I say staff very helpful with any questions I had).

Pros: Location was incredible, especially for the price.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Great that the pub is downstairs and convenient that breakfast is included. Easy walk to sightseeing.

Business trip place to stay!!

Pros: The location was optimal for my business trip, and I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues for future trips. It is central for conventions and our licensing needs.

Cons: The TV selection was limited but sufficed.
