Pros: Beautiful clean room with a view out over the harbour, every member of staff we encountered was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The pessure sensitive snack tray with a warning saying if you touch anything you'll be charged unless you call reception, somewhat undermines the excellent hospitality everywhere else in the hotel.

Pros: Great location with great views and near the convention centres. Large comfy room with all necessary facilities.

Pros: Great location. Easy walk to city, Gastown, Stanley Park, Seabus terminal. Views of the harbour.

Cons: Double beds are small for two people - but this seems to be standard. Would have loved queen size bed.

Pros: Great location, and after a long train ride we needed to refresh. The concierge was very helping with organizing our bags to be held while we used the gym area to shower. Great staff. Looking forward to staying again

Pros: The view from the rooms looking out to Stanley Park and the bay made our stay memorable, also having the space to accommodate two comfortable chairs and a coffee table in front of the full-wall window. The location couldn't be better, very near the sky train station, right in front of the hop-on, hop-off bus stop, surrounded by cafés and restaurants, right on the sea wall walk and a short walk to the centre of Vancouver.
