Convenient clean and comfortable.

Pros: The man greeting us on reception was lovely and friendly. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff serving were very attentive.

Cons: The tap on the shower was a square and difficult to turn on and off.

Pros: Thank you for the room upgrade. The view was beautiful! The overall experience was fantastic. The only disappointment was the inconvenient location of the fitness club.

Pros: Great location. Really beautiful view of harbour & North Vancouver & Grouse Mountain in distance. Easy walk to city, Gastown, Seabus terminal, Stanley Park.

Cons: Just thought double beds small for two people, but it appears to be standard.

Pros: The staff in the pan pacific lounge were amazing. We really loved going for breakfast each morning as the food was great, but the personal service and genuine attitude of the staff was excellent.

Cons: There were 3 in our room, so we had 2 double beds, which is too small for a couple of adults.
