Excellent, we would happily book again when in Vancouver!

Pros: It was in a great location with easy access to public transport and downtown Vancouver shops and sights. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the facilities excellent. We really appreciated being able to order delicious breakfast to our room and being able to store our luggage after checkout and freshen up for an evening international flight.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Highly recommendable in every ways.

Cons: we would have injoyed a hottub but it wasn't advertised that there was any so it's nothing negative.

Lovely convenient place to stay and see vancouver

Pros: Location.. train to airport 2 mins away. 5/10 mins walk to the harbour and bars / restaurants. Room was clean and spacious and staff very polite.

Cons: There could have been more info about Vancouver and the tours available in the lobby..

It was an enforced stay due to the Air Canada strike however we probably couldn’t have picked a better place.

Pros: Most everything if I had a complaint it would be that the foyer area was a bit dated and they need some more room for bag storage

The hotel with heart ❤️

Pros: Super understanding and accommodating front desk staff seeing we were going through an airbnb crisis at the time. Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Very thankful for their service.

Pros: Excellent location, great parking, good breakfast, nice staff and check in check out procedure. Only stayed for one night, got late check out, although needed to pay..
