Pros: Comfortable room with plenty of room and good breakfast

Cons: Pillow options could be better with some latex contour pillows

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Canada so far

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious room with double beds, friendly and helpful staff, pleasant pool and hot tub

Nice hotel in downtown Calgary, not far to walk to the Bow river.

Pros: Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, the best we had in Canada. Great staff who went out of their way to please.

Cons: Thin walls, could hear our neighbours very clearly, also quite disturbed by traffic noise from the street overnight.

Pros: It was very quiet, we didn't really hear anyone when we were in our room. The food and coffee at the restaurant and café downstairs were wonderful.

Cons: The entrance drive through was a little awkward and hard to find as someone not from Calgary. The parking spaces in the underground parking were quiet small, we have a mid sized suv and had to pull out of the spot for one of us to get in the vehicle if somebody parked beside us.

A great stop off stay, before heading to the Rockies!

Pros: The staff were vey welcoming and helpful and even in a busy reception, they noticed if you needed help. The rooms were as described, and above basic - comfy beds and good nights sleep.

Cons: We only stayed 2 nights and didn't use many facilities. It served us very well for a short stay.

Pros: Location: The hotel was next to the meeting point of Banff/jasper national parks tours; also it is within walkable distance to Calgary tower. Room has a good size with nice view to Calgary tower Good breakfast

Cons: -Even though the room was in the 23rd floor , I can still hear every noise on the street as in the first floor, which does not allow you to sleep; no sound proof at all in the rooms window. -As much as I appreciate the service provided in the breakfast, but it is too time consuming to have a breakfast( waiting 5-10 minutes to get a table, then waiting 5-10 minutes to make the order , and then waiting 20 minutes to get the breakfast). This was problematic for me as I have early daily tours and then early flight in the checkout day. I recommend to make buffet style. -limited items provided in the room and the bathroom.
