Pros: Accommodation for toddler was exceptional- staff were helpful

Fully equipped accommodation made a comfortable stay.

Pros: Large and clean self contained apartment that was comfortable and clean. The location was good with most attractions walkable or close to a bus stop. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Kitchen was fully equipped to make most meals.

Cons: Nitpicky details: - Had to pay $2 and collect laundry powder to use the washing machine - Shower pressure was quite weak - Strange chlorine smell in the lobby (not elsewhere)

Pros: Really good accommodation for our weekend stay. Great location to launch from, easy walking distance around downtown and to public transport. Super comfortable and cosy rooms. Amenities were good. Helpful staff/team.

Cons: Room for three guests was small (with little space for luggage). As a family, would have been good to have rooms closer together. Nightlife in the neighborhood can be a bit full on.

Pros: We absolutely loved our suite here! The location is lively and amazing with lots of restaurants nearby, the hotel is clean and comfortable, our view was awesome. I love that the main living area has hard floors, but the sleeping area has a cozy carpet. I also really liked that they had 2 TVs!

Cons: I wish the TVs had an extra HDMI cord connected and dangling. It's really difficult to reach the inputs. I also wish that there was a bathtub in the unit, or a hot tub or indoor pool on the property

Pros: It was quiet with a cab rank outside, a bus stop around the corner and plenty of fooderies around.

Pros: Very convenient apartment in a good location near the beach and walks to Stanley Park. Likes the apartment having everything as advertised and with a great view. Compact but light and cozy once one gets used too the size. Active neighbourhood and many local food shops to choose from.

Great location and amazing rooms and amenities..

Pros: Location location location! Full small kitchen, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, stovetop ect!

Great location, generally friendly staff.

Pros: Great location, lots of shops and restaurants right there. A dog park is a few blocks away as well, so pooches are welcome.

Cons: Wifi was weak in the room, so one of our two phones didn't have service (I had to set up a remote wifi server on my phone to allow them to access the internet).

A great place to kick off our family holiday

Pros: We chose this location as its easy walking distance to down town and also close to public transport. It is a good place to stay with family and friends

Cons: We chose a suite with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. There was not enough space in the bedroom to easily access two suitcases and the sofa bed was not the most comfortable we’ve experienced

Excellent location, home away from home.

Pros: I love the location and access to food and amenities in the neighborhood. The suite is a nice size, like a small apartment. I like the two Samsung smart TVs that allowed me to access streaming services on my phone and watch it on the big screen.

Cons: The bathroom is a little small and I wish there was a tub
