Pros: Beautiful room right in the centre of town. Everything was excellent, I could find no fault at all. The staff were so helpful nothing was a bother. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to Calgary.

Overall still a good stay.

Pros: Spacious room, nice view. Comfy bed Plenty storage.

Cons: Difficult to order room service. App did not work for me. Using the telephone I was talking to a ‘bot’😣. Prefer a jug to a coffee percolator, as boiling water this way seems to taint the water flavour.

Excellent

Pros: They made our anniversary extra special. The greeting cards and chocolates were simple yet very thoughtful and much appreciated. The room was clean. As a person allergic to dust, I can tell right away when a room is dirty/ dusty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back again, that's for sure. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Cons: We just hope the swimming pool is operational. We weren't able to swim as we were told it was under maintenance.

Pros: Location was great, room exceeded our expectations - it was clean, large and had great amenities - wish we were there more than one night!

Great hotel.

Pros: The location was excellent for our needs. The airport transit bus was just across the road by Calgary Tower. The room was a good size, bed comfortable, and bathroom a good size.

Cons: Nothing negative.
