Great location and service, good value.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable, the staff were very accommodating and provided great service. The cleaning staff was kind and did a great job. The location is awesome, steps to the beach and park! It was a little noisy but quiet enough during sleeping hours to get a good rest.

Cons: The elevator seemed to cause noise or something that sounded like it was \

Excellent location near Sunset Beach and Stanley Park.

Pros: Excellent location near Sunset Beach with Stanley Park nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of great accessible walking paths along the bay. The room has a partial but nice view of English Bay. Everything you need. Sports fans would enjoy the pub with a large TV and trivia night. Nice family hotel. Dogs are allowed.

Cons: The carpets were old and the towels a little bit thin. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows which I needed to keep warm as their weren't any extra blanket. Overall clean and most if the basics were there.

Great location, comfortable, but pricey parking.

Pros: Location - by the water and Stanley Park. Great food next door.

Cons: Parking cost, and couldn’t seem to turn the heating off - unintuitive controls at least.

Pros: The location was perfect. 2 min walk to the beach at English Bay. The Hotel was perfect from the first interaction with reception right the way through.

I'd stay here again

Pros: I haven't had a lot of expectations but surprisingly everythins was really good. Girls from cleaning room team, you're perfect. Clean bathroom, clean towels, fresh bedsheets. No smell in the room. Perfect location.

Cons: The only one thing I would improve - windows, it's a bit old and as a result you can hear noise from the street. (but anyways it's not so terrible)

Pros: We arrived early and were able to check in to all three of our rooms at 1:15 or so. The rooms were clean and comfy. I had an excellent sleep. The hotel was located right by English Bay, making it excellent value for the money that we spent.

Cons: We weren't able to use Visa.Debit cards to pay our damage deposits.

Pros: The front reception was helpful and the bar was excellent and the food very good. Including the service. Position, fantastic.

Cons: A little old, bathroom door opens and misses the toilet by an inch. But considering the age not bad.

Pros: I would like to express my special thanks to the two front desk staff members (22/1, on duty at 8 pm), one of whom was Tony. They were incredibly helpful; after hearing that we had been scammed by a taxi driver, they immediately called the taxi company for us and helped us write an email. Thank you so much!
