Fox Hotel and Suites

Convenient location, beautiful hot tub. Would only stay there again if there was a cheaper room rate

Pros: Breakfast was great. Hot tub and sauna were very nice, however sauna wasn’t very hot. Room was as we expected and no complaints.

Cons: Too expensive for what we got.

Pros: The grotto, on-site restaurant, beautiful building. Underground parking.

Cons: Elevator was broken

Pros: Location, place was comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and pillows, nice sheets.

Cons: The place is getting pretty tired, couch and chair were beat up and ripped. Hooks ripped off walls not replaced. Noicey, especually early morning, all the ski boots going down the stairs. I would suggest ear plugs which we had thankfully. Limited cable tv and no Smart tvs as they are old tvs

Amazing pool and facilities!

Pros: I loved the cave pool! It was phenomenal! This is my third stay here and the only hotel I always want to come back to! The rooms are nice too.location is great just a 15 min walk into town.

Cons: Breakfast is not free but u can always ask.

Pros: I liked the beds and the pillows, they were really comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The shower gel and body lotion (from Rocky Mountain Soap co.) were amazing, I am so happy to use a local company.

Cons: My room didn't heat up fast, it was a corner room and it was a bit slow to get to the desired temp. Plus there was a sign on the heater saying it gets hot don't touch. I was traveling with children and it wasn't super convenient. The room was a bit dusty. My husband's dust allergy flared after staying there.

This was a really lovely place ~ we would absolutely stay again (but bring our own pillows)!!

Cons: The beds were not overly comfy and the pillows were terrible. My thoughts are if you have multiple pillows on a bed, they should offer different firmness to accommodate different preference. The pillows were all very thick, and even the ones that flattened a bit, were hard and not comfy. Perhaps the beds would seem more comfortable, if the pillows were not such a problem. The sound proofing with the kitchen door was basically non-existent. Luckily our neighbors were not party animals or this would have been a problem (another bonus though to having the beds downstairs)!

Pros: The Hotel and staff were excellent. The location of the Hotel to the downtown area was great.

Cons: The only issue we had was the parking. The underground parking does not hold very many vehicles, so then you have to find parking on the streets. This can make you walk a good distance from your vehicle to the hotel.

Pros: 1 bedroom suite was clean, suited our needs, allowed dogs, staff friendly, restaurant food good and great location. Would recommend.

Pros: Fantastic staff. Hot pool is incredible. Beautiful hotel and nice rooms.

Cons: Only issue was that there were no robes in the suite, which was disappointing with outdoor access to the pool, and especially because I specifically chose a higher-cost suite, so was expecting robes.

We went to Banff to attend an art display with friends and like staying at the Fox .

Pros: The rooms are good value, the location is great, and we have been there before so we returned

Cons: I personally didn't like the pillows and the comforter was a little short
