Pros: We felt right at home in the space both in our rooms, and in the public spaces. Great value for money. The daily breakfast and ski shuttle stop outside made our ski trip a breeze. Loved the extras like the free bus passes. Staff were amazing 👏 🤩. Thanks for an excellent experience.

Cons: I had to think about this! Water temperature to showers wasn't perfect but was really fine. Lighting in rooms could be better.

As above. We lived out stay in the spacious well appointed loft apartment.

Pros: Such a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a loft apartment upon arrival. This made our stay that much more comfortable. Thankyou.

Fantastic hotel

Pros: Wonderful, clean, spacious hotel. Great breakfast, loved the thermal spa. Good location, a bit of a walk to downtown Banff, but still great. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel and staff.

Pros: We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely come back. The breakfast had everything we needed and though it was often busy (Christmas holidays) we could always find somewhere to sit and we never felt rushed. Our room for a family of four was good and the beds were very comfortable. Our son made use every day of the hot tubs and sauna. There was underground parking which was a definite bonus. Though the hotel was a short walk to the main downtown area we actually thought this was a positive thing. The staff were all very friendly and happy to sort out any of our requests. One of my favourite things was sitting on the sofas by the fire and relaxing on an evening.

Cons: There was nothing we disliked
