Good, comfortable

Pros: There was a free bus pass provided by the hotel which was very helpful in traveling around the downtown area

Cons: Our room window faced the pool directly and would get very warm and dry and we weren't able to cool it down with the fan or AC

We loved our stay and would recommend.

Pros: We loved the spacious Loft room. The fireplace was a nice touch.

Cons: It would be nice to have a restaurant or cafe onsite which would give the place a bit more atmosphere.

Pros: 3 beds in one room is rare and the price was fantastic. Also had a small kitchen

Cons: Not very modern. No fan in the bathroom. Clean though. No sink in bathroom so the interior door knob is presumably disgusting (though appears clean).

Great stay.

Pros: This is one of the most comfortable bed and pillow we found. Underground heated parking is very nice for Banff area especially in the winter.

Cons: Price is on a high side.

Good location close to restaurants and well positioned for town

Pros: Great property, lovely large rooms. Right next to a bus stop to get into town center or it’s a 15 m walk. They also gave us a free bus pass for our time there

Cons: It doesn’t have any meals so be aware if you are looking for breakfast

We had a nice stay. The dust around the room was very disappointing; it's an easy fix.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Jetted tub was nice.

Cons: Room was very dusty especially around furniture, baseboards and vents. Wallpaper was coming loose in a few places (a little glue goes a long way) The room could use updating. No restaurant.
