A nice stay. Would probably use again

Pros: Good location 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Nice secure (payable) parking underground. Good buffet breakfast and reasonable evening menu. Staff under pressure in the evenings in the restaurant meaning some people left and ate elsewhere due to the waiting time. Good room 324. No view but that didn’t matter as we only slept there. I found the bed uncomfortably but hubby thought it was ok. Shower was a little “weak” but it did the job

Cons: Bed Shower

Staff have limited knowledge of bus services and tours in area

Pros: It was clean, spacious and comfortable. A little bit to walk to good services

Cons: We came off the Rocky Miuntaineer and our luggage was held up. It arrived during the night but it was too much hassle for the night porter to take it to our room

Pros: size of the 2 queen with fireplace was really good for 4 people even though we went in ‘ Banff summer’ and didn’t need the fireplace.

Cons: Banff is just so bloody expensive. I mean $800 AUD per night is crazy money for an average hotel. It’s a bit much. but that’s Banff. you gotta pay it.

Excellent quality hotel, highly recommended.

Pros: Great location, on the main road in, next to a bus stop, but also just 10 mins walk to Banff centre. Very helpful, polite, efficient and happy staff. Good clean room with very comfy bed and great shower.

Cons: The Jacuzzi and Steam room were too hot for our liking, but the little swimming pool was perfect as not cold.

Great value hotel in a central location.

Pros: Positives: large room with plenty of space, very clean facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location within a 10-15 minute walk of the centre of town.

Cons: Negatives: the bath towels were smaller than average. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay.
