Pros: The room is really clean and there is enough amenities

Cons: We couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. We turned it on, but it didn’t work.

Great place overall, though the pillows were quite firm, which is a matter of personal preference.

Pros: The location was excellent, and our room was clean, cozy, and warm.

Cons: The pillows were extremely stiff and firm. This might be fine if you prefer that style, but I personally found it uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping because of it.

Pros: We liked the great location in Banff, the big room too,the access to the pool and the cleaning.

Cons: The parking is expensive so you have to find another place to park and there was a weird smell in the lobby. Also, it wasn’t very well insulated.

Cons: One of the bedroom lacks privacy without a door. Robes need freshening. Inconsistent supply of towels.

Great summer vacation!

Pros: We use the hotel for summer vacation, i think it's busy time but they gave us free change Queen size bed room to king size bed room! The room is nice and clean and all the stuff members are great!

Cons: Little bit far from the banff central area and it's becouse of summer vacation time little bit expensive for us!

Quiet, clean and affordable for the Banff Ave Experience!

Pros: Excellent location on the quieter end of Banff Ave. Convenient selection of amenities in the kitchenette.

Cons: The rooms are a little dated. But comfortable for the purpose .

Perfectly priced for a cozy little overnight stay.

Pros: Location and price were spot on - super cosy! Loved that even though their spa and pool were unusable they had organised access to another hotels facilities. Staff were super friendly and accommodating with extra request of keeping car parked for the day.

Pros: Great location at top of the main street. Bed was comfortable and big. TV in bedroom and sutting area.

Pros: Since there were four of us we used your lounge both nights we were there and Adrian who worked the 3-11 pm shift was helpful and attentive. He helped fix the TV so we could watch the hockey game and got us anything we needed/requested. He chatted with us when time permitted and was pleasant and informative. We appreciated that personal connection.

Cons: The bed was a little too soft.

Overall, a great stay with just a minor inconvenience.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at Charltons Banff. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location.

Cons: However, the elevator wasn’t accessible during the night and morning, which made things a bit difficult with luggage and a stroller. This could be improved, especially for families or guests with mobility needs.
