A comfortable and affordable stay with great facilities.

A Great Place!

Pros: The staff was awesome at checking in and ensuring we were aware of the free bus pass! We wouldn't normally use a bus pass as walking distance to down town isnt far but I had my mom with us. We took the pass and did use it! The hot tub is amazing and enjoyed it immensely!

Cons: Not one thing! This is a great place to stay while enjoying banff and area! I totally recommend this hotel! Such a stellar place to stay!

Still pretty good, but a few things need updating.

Pros: Stayed here lots over the years and always enjoyed it, but it is starting to look and feel a little jaded. Staff friendly and helpful and a great location. Was still good value for money for a night or two night stay.

Cons: A few things look like they are more than ready for a refurb. No soft pillow option, even on request, however reception did say there were new ones coming soon. The toilet in our room was well below the standard we would expect with a lid that was the wrong size and would not stay up when being used.

Clean an cosy lodge

Pros: Very clean and cosy rooms, easy access to ski shuttles and public transport , spa was a nice extra. Bar and restaurant on site and others nearby waking distance. Short walk into town.
